Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. During major launches or restocks, please allow up to 14 business days for shipping. We appreciate your patience!

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. A follow-up email with tracking information will be sent once your order has dispatched. Tracking updates might take a few days to appear.

After an order is placed, we're unable to make any changes, including adjustments to the items or personal information, so please review your selection and details carefully. At this time, we cannot accommodate cancellations.

In cases where orders are returned because of an incorrect address, you will be refunded via a gift card, minus the shipping cost and a $5 processing fee.
